"I bought a salad bowl and a salad plate through online. One was packed in original pack which was opened and repacked but the carton looked very old. The other piece was just wrapped loosely with paper without original box or carton. I ordered it for a gift, but on arrival it was not worthy to be gifted as it looked like a used item even though I bought a new one."
