“Bought a vera wang salad bowl for a gift. I am very happy with the whole process from ordering online to the gift being delivered by Royal Mail. The item was packaged so well and although there was a small charge, which a lot of companies over a certain amount do not charge for, it was still good value for money. Overall very impressed and would not hesitate to order items from Savoy and Snook in the future.”

“Very good service. Product arrived well packed around a box which held VP a tin. Unfortunately tin lid was damaged but no damage to the outer box which suggests the damage occurred before packing. Kept product as it was needed as a gift. Other than that no issues xx”

“My item arrived in a terrible state, I fed this back and got a very patronising response from someone which took no responsibility. I pointed out that I wasn't happy and was told this had been escalated to Mgmt. I then got a response to say they had terminated the previous employees contract and couldn't I just put the items back in the box.”
